The Grand Canyon was spectacular, as always. This was a perfect time to visit the Grand Canyon, as the temperatures were around 70° and there were no crowds at all. We were able to pull into every scenic view point and park without waiting. We want to go back in the summer and stay at Trailer Village next time. That is the only RV park located inside of the Park. We drove through it and it looks very nice. There are busses that pick you up at the entrance and take you throughout the park, so we wouldn't need our tow-car if we wanted to stay a few nights here. They suggested making reservations now for next summer! We also drove by Grand Canyon Camper Village, just outside of the Park, but probably won't ever stay there. It didn't look like much.
We drove up to Arizona Snowbowl on Sunday, hoping to see the beautiful fall leaves, but we were a little too late, as most of them had already dropped off the Aspens. There was more color in the trees down near Flagstaff. Still, the view from up there at 9,200 feet is gorgeous. You can see forever!
